The place is formed from the entrance where on one hand there is a dramatic steep land and on the other a slight upward ground formed by a dry stream.

The recreation area is a box built on two levels of adobe and wood, which is intercepted horizontally by a flattened yellow wall that rises to heaven. This box is placed in the auction of the old stream which is revived by a pond that is spread on the bottom of the field. 

The pedestrian access weans the two levels and uses the retaining wall to culminate the entrance and next to it a staircase is placed leading to the second floor where an esplanade was built. The lower access patio links a patio that host the games room which leads directly to the pond. 

In the forecourt of the second floor a wooden platform attaches like a metaphor of a pier, this relates visually the constructed area with the terrain and communicates the terrace area, which contains a flush perspective over the Colomos forest.
